8 months old and Father's Day

In June Ryan turned 8 months old. He is growing so fast and it is hard to believe he is going to turn one soon. He is such a happy baby. Tyler loves his baby brother and is a really good helper to Greg and I.

For Father's Day we spent the day in Magic Kingdom (I know you are so surprised!). Tyler has been 40 inches tall for a few months which means he can go on some of the "big" kid rides. Big Thunder Mountain (think runaway train if you have never been to Disney) is one of these rides but it had been closed for several months for refurbishment. So finally Tyler was able to ride it. To say he loves it is an understatement. He calls it the "fast train" and we rode it three times that day. He was also brave enough to try out Splash Mountain (aka "fast boats"). He liked this one but didn't seem to enjoy getting wet even though it was hot outside. We did a few of our other favorites in the park before coming home and then went to Greg's dinner of choice at Longhorn Steakhouse.
It is hard to get a picture while people are on the ride since it moves quick but Tyler and I are in the middle and my arm in in the air.

Greg and Tyler and in the last row of both of these pictures and Greg has his arm up in both.

I guess we like waving at each other!  Greg and Tyler driving the cars.

Greg with his two boys.

Who wouldn't want to visit with Buzz Lightyear, Mickey and Minnie on Father's day?

All ready for dinner.
