Bunnies and Baptism

In late March we had a busy weekend. Tyler was baptized (finally) and he also got to visit with the Easter bunny.
Tyler was baptized at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Their baptism is done during the church service. He did really well during the whole thing and didn't seem to mind having water poured on his head. We also had to "parade" him around the church during which all the older ladies were waving at him. Tyler loved all the attention. Since we planned this a little last minute we were unable to have any family come to the service. We did have a set of his Florida grandparents there, Pat and Dave (Grammy and Pop Pop). Pat is our friend who watches Tyler while we are at work. We were glad that they came and Tyler enjoyed it.

As for the Easter Bunny visit, Tyler was a little scared. However, he was not scared of the bunny, but of the guy who was trying to get him to smile for the camera. I can't say that I blame Tyler. He kept coming towards Tyler making faces and "tickling" him with a feather duster. The guy finally stopped and we got Tyler to relax a bit for a good shot.
